Free Delivery and Fees

  • Enjoy free delivery on orders over $100.
  • Orders below $100 incur a $4.95 delivery fee.
  • Staircase deliveries incur an additional charge of $10 per flight. For extra-large items requiring additional manpower, an extra fee of up to $30 may apply. Please settle these charges directly with the delivery team upon arrival. For more details, refer to our stair charges policy below.
  • We offer unpacking service for an additional $30 with removal of packaging.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery window: 1 to 3 working days.
  • Peak periods may extend delivery time to 7-10 working days.
  • To update your delivery time, contact us at least 3 days before your scheduled date, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 10am to 7pm
  • Saturday: 10am to 5pm (Check with your condo management for Saturday deliveries.)
  • A $30 rescheduling fee applies if delivery is not allowed by condo management, requiring a new delivery date.

Unforeseen Delays

  • In case of delays, we will contact you beforehand. Ensure your property management allows deliveries during the scheduled time.

Receiving Your Order

  • Check the condition of all goods before accepting delivery. Acceptance indicates goods are in good condition.
  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, take a photo and email it to info@nomada.sg for further assistance.

Pre-Ordered Items

  • We will contact you to schedule delivery upon product arrival.
  • In-stock items will be delivered as usual.
  • Delivery dates for pre-ordered items are confirmed once they arrive at our warehouse. Unexpected delays, such as weather or quality checks, may affect timelines.

Storage

  • We offer 6 weeks of free storage from the purchase date for in-stock items and from the arrival date for pre-ordered items.
  • Extended storage is charged at 7% of the order value per month. Indicate any special storage requests during checkout or email us at info@nomada.sg.

Incorrect Address

  • Email your order number and correct address to info@nomada.sg immediately if you provided incorrect information.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect information will be returned to our warehouse. Redelivery charges will apply.

Not Present to Receive Delivery

  • You will receive reminders via a call 15 minutes before delivery.

Bulky Deliveries:

  • Bulky items will be returned to our warehouse if you're not available. Redelivery charges will apply.

Stair Charges

  • Applicable for deliveries without direct, unobstructed lift access.
  • Charges: $10 per flight of stairs, up to $60 for extra-large items.
  • Scenarios: Stairs within a maisonette, walk-up apartments, non-functional elevators, or when items don’t fit in elevators.
  • Charges are payable directly to the delivery team.
  • Carry-up service is limited to 3 storeys.
  • We do not move furniture within your home.

nomada reserves the right to refuse or cancel the carry-up service if deemed unsafe. You may self-carry or return the item for a refund, though we are not liable for damages in such cases.
