what products do nomada offer?

Nomada brings high-quality interior lifestyle pieces—think pots, rugs, plants, and playmats—all crafted to bring that holiday calm and effortless style into your home. We’ve also reimagined kids’ products with a twist: designed for grown-up aesthetics, made for little ones because who says having a baby means sacrificing style? Not us.

what payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Pay-later options are in the works—stay tuned.

need help with sizing?

All pot and rug sizes are listed on each product page. For further assistance, email us at info@nomada.sg and we can size things up for you.

can i view nomada products in person?

Our online store is the exclusive home of Nomada. Occasionally, we host Pop-Up markets and expos across Asia. For updates, subscribe to our emails or follow us on social media. Need extra photos to better make your decision? Hit us up on WhatsApp.

what if the rug doesn’t fit my space?

We’re interior styling pros—send us a pic via WhatsApp, and we’ll help you nail the vibe. Styling services are in the works, so keep an eye out.

where are your products sourced from?

Designed in Singapore, crafted globally: India, Vietnam, Bali, and China. We only work with suppliers who meet our high standards, so you get nothing but the best.

how do I place an order?

Shop with ease on our website—browse the collection, add to cart, and checkout, eazy peezy.

what are your shipping fees?
  • Free delivery for orders over $100
  • For orders under $100, a $7 delivery fee applies. (stairs not included)
can I change my order after placing it?

Sipping cocktails while online shopping to really channel those holiday vibes? We get it, if you’ve entered the wrong address or made a whoopsie, email us at info@nomada.sg within 24 hours, and we’ll help sort it out.

when can I expect my order to arrive?

For Singapore orders, delivery typically takes 3 working days. During busy periods like sales or holidays, there may be delays, but we’ll keep you updated.

can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS or email from our delivery partners

do you ship internationally?

For now, we’re all about Singapore. But if you’re outside and have your heart set on Nomada, get in touch—we’ll do our best to make it happen.

returns and exchanges

can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can! If your order hasn’t been delivered, you can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Cancel within 1 business day: No fees—it's on us.
  • Cancel within 3 days of delivery: A $10 restocking and handling fee applies to cover logistics.
do you offer refunds or returns?

Once delivered, we offer returns as store credit.

  • To return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on kids’ playmats.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies, deducted from your store credit after we receive and approve your return.
  • This fee also applies for exchanges or when placing a new order.
what if my item is faulty?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll repair, replace, or refund it (subject to availability). No restocking fee applies here—our priority is getting it right for you.

how do I return my order?

  2. The reason for return.
  3. Photos of the item.

what's covered and what's not

Nomada Warranty Policy
At nomada we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a simple, no-fuss warranty to keep things worry-free. Here’s what you need to know

Whats your warranty period
We offer a 3-month limited warranty for all our products, starting from the date you receive your order.

What’s Covered?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that may slip through the cracks (though we work hard to make sure they don’t!). Here’s what we mean:

For Rugs

  • Major stitching issues.
  • Material flaws, like unraveling that shouldn’t happen.

For Kids' Playmats

  • Tears or separations caused during production (not playtime chaos).
  • Problems with the non-slip backing due to a factory oops.

What’s Not Covered?
We wish we could cover everything, but some things are out of our hands. Here’s what’s not included:

Everyday Wear and Tear
Rugs: Normal shedding, flattening of fibers, or a little fading over time.

Playmats: Indentations or softening from regular use—because that’s how memory foam works!

Whoopsie Moments: Spills, stains, scratches, or pet claw marks. Damage from heavy furniture or sharp objects.

Care Slip-Ups: Using harsh chemicals, machine washing when it’s not allowed, or leaving products in damp areas.

The Great Outdoors: Playmats used outside or as workout mats (as much as we love creativity).

how do i make a warranty claim?

If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Follow these steps:

1. Get Your Proof Ready:

  • Grab your order receipt or confirmation email.
  • Snap a photo (or video) of the issue—clear, close-ups are best!

2. Reach Out to Us:

  • Email support@nomada.sg with the subject: “Warranty Claim - [Order Number].”
  • Tell us what’s going on and attach your photos.

3. What Happens Next?

  • If we confirm it’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right:
  • Repair the product if possible.
  • Replace it with the same or a similar item.
  • Store Credit if neither repair nor replacement works.

5. The Fine Print

  • The warranty applies only to products bought directly from Nomada.sg or authorized sellers.
