Exchanges and Returns Policy
Change of Mind We understand that sometimes purchase decisions don't work out. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, you can exchange the item or receive store credit (minus a restocking fee) if returned within 14 days in its original, unused condition*.
*this excludes our nomada playmat range due to health and hygiene restrictions once vacuum seal is open.
Restocking Fee The restocking fee is based on the original purchase price:
For Delivered Items:
- $10 or 15% of the purchase price, whichever is greater, if you require our delivery team to collect the item. This fee will be deducted from your store credit. This fee applies even if you wish to exchange the item or place another order.
For Items Yet to Be Delivered:
- No restocking fee if changes are made 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.
- A 10% restocking fee applies if changes are made within 3 days of delivery to cover administrative and logistics costs.
- If you cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase and are not within the 3-day delivery window, you may request a full refund to the original payment method.

Return Requests Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, email us at info@nomada.sg with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the item.
Conditions for Return:
- Only items in as-new condition are accepted. Items with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or modifications will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that, in our opinion, are of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or poor maintenance.
- Items must be returned in original packaging or repackaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. We recommend photographing the item and packaging before returning.
Non-Returnable Items:
- nomada playmat range - as outlined above
- Clearance items and sample pieces
- Items requiring assembly
- Damaged items due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the return. If approved, you will receive an email notification with details of your store credit.
Faulty or Damaged Goods If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, we will repair or replace the item (depending on availability) or offer a full refund if contacted within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds will be processed on the net amount paid after any discounts.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
Warranty We offer a 12-month warranty for all products covering manufacturing faults and defects. We will repair or replace faulty products (subject to availability) or refund if these options are not available. The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to climate conditions, extreme usage, rough handling, or improper use.
Most of our furniture is made from natural materials and is suitable only for indoor areas with proper ventilation or covered outdoor areas, away from all weather and moisture.

Price Protection Nomada offers a 7-day price protection from the date of purchase, regardless of whether items have been delivered. If a recently purchased item has reduced in price (without a promotional discount code applied) on nomada.com within 7 days of your order, email us at info@nomada.sg, and we will offer you a store credit for the difference (must be used within 3 months).
Price protection only applies to items purchased from nomada.sg and does not apply to clearance items or promotional sales. We do not stack discount codes.
