Will my rug fade over time?

Like all textiles, prolonged direct sunlight can cause fading. We recommend keeping it in a shaded area or rotating it occasionally.

Why does my rug have slight variations in size?

Each rug is handmade, meaning sizes may vary by up to 5%—a true mark of craftsmanship!

How do I clean spills?

Blot the mess (don’t rub!) immediately with a baby wipe and then use a tea towel and mild detergent. No heavy scrubbing or harsh chemicals. We are also in the process of testing a fabric protector that uses nano technology to keep your rugs looking brand new for years (kid and pet friendly!)

Do Nomada rugs shed?

Minimal shedding is natural, especially when new. Regular vacuuming on a low setting helps keep fibers fresh and under control.

Need to return? Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days with your order details. We’ll handle the pickup. The rug must be unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging for a full refund. See our return policy for more info.
