How durable are cotton rugs?

Modern cotton rugs are soft yet strong. Ours are made with high-quality natural fibres to ensure they last. Minimal shedding is normal, especially at first but light vacuuming on a low setting helps keep it under control.

Can I use this rug in high-traffic areas?

Absolutely! Our rugs are designed for everyday life—soft yet durable.

How do I clean spills?

Blot the mess (don’t rub!) immediately with a baby wipe and then use a tea towel and mild detergent. No heavy scrubbing or harsh chemicals. We are also in the process of testing a fabric protector that uses nano technology to keep your rugs looking brand new for years (kid and pet friendly!)

Is the rug pet-friendly?

Yes! Our rugs can handle little paws and playful pets. Just be mindful of sharp claws to prevent snags and keep them from nibbling and tearing away on that raffia!
