Creases are completely normal! Since we vacuum-pack our playmats for safe and hygienic delivery, they may have minor wrinkles upon arrival. Just give it 48-72 hours, and it will naturally flatten as the foam expands. For faster results, lay it flat in a warm, sunny spot or lightly smooth it with your hands.
Vacuum weekly using a gentle setting—no rotating brush rollers to avoid damaging the fabric. For minor spills, blot immediately with a dry towel and clean with mild soap and water. For pet hair & dust, a lint roller works like magic! Exciting update: We’re launching a fabric protector that will extend your playmat’s lifespan by 2-3 years!
